About me

I’m an Oxygen Advantage certified functional breathing instructor—in short, I’m a breathing coach.

I have a  Graduate Diploma in psychology, a master's degree in law, and a history degree. I’m also a DCA certified divorce coach.

After practicing law for nearly seventeen years I experienced burnout (sound familiar?). I began practicing yoga in 2014 and on a retreat, I read James Nestor’s book Breath.  That led me to research breathing and that was when I found Patrick McKeown’s work. His techniques have improved my breathing, sleep quality, general mood, and overall health–including helping to manage my ADD.

I love seeing the benefits, physical and mental, people get from breathing well. Breathwork exercises can improve your sleep, reduce anxiety, improve athletic performance, and generate numerous other positive outcomes.
