Switch off stress and guilt, switch on balance and freedom. This workshop helps multi-juggling working mothers and fathers to reduce stress and guilt. Become a better parent, improve relationships at home and at work, gain inner peace and balance, improve health and wellbeing, and learn to enjoy work while being more focused, productive, and guilt-free. This is a very interactive learning process using life coaching and psychology tools. Five modules (spread over five weeks) focus on self-discovery, stress and time management, and changing thought patterns. Switch off the “Working Parent Guilt” (3hrs)
This workshop helps guilt-ridden working parents to acknowledge, love, and feel compassion for themselves to become more positive about their choice going to work and/or having to work long hours. Become happy and thus improve relationships at home and at work. Reducing guilt means reducing stress. Reframing thought patterns and believes are achieved through various psychology and coaching tools.(This workshop addresses only one component of the full ‘workshop for working parents’)
Switch on Resilience through Effective Stress Management (3hrs)
This workshop is for staff and managers. Life coaching techniques empower participants to discover their own effective stress management including time management techniques. This is not a one-size-fits-all recipe; discover what works for YOU! It’s all about creating awareness, making choices, and being in control of your life at home and at work.
Switch on Positive Relationships – Rapport Building for Staff and Teams (3hrs)
This workshop is for staff, supervisors, and management. Learn how to improve interpersonal communication, staff and team bonding, and efficiency at work. Find out why some people get on you’re your nerves and others don’t; why some people respond more to strict rules then gentle limits; why you act and think the way you do and why some things work or don’t. Understand human differences, who you need to be, how to communicate, and what you can do to create positive results with yourself, colleagues, staff, and people outside work. The workshop has a strong coaching and psychology based make-up. The focus is on self discovery and enables participants to switch in and out of different personality types to produce desired results.
Switch on and Improve Work Culture, Engagement & Success: Align Personal and Work Values (3hrs)
This workshop is for managment and staff. Discover personal and work values and learn how aligning these can increase staff bonding, commitment and performance. The workshop has a very strong interactive component and is run in a coaching style to encourage individualized results.
Switch on Work Life Balance: How to Be Balanced, Happy and Productive (1-2hrs)
This is an introduction to work life balance for all staff and management. Focus is on changing belief systems about balancing work and life, self awareness and empowerment. It focuses on attitudes, thought processes, and self-talk. The session is held as an interactive seminar including paired work and class room brainstorming

This workshop is for anybody who wants to produce positive changes in their personal life and/or at work. Learn how discovering your values can influence success and happiness in your personal and work life. Become aligned with your true self to experience positive flow in life thereby reducing stress, improving relationships, and increasing harmony and balance.
