You’ll be surprised at how little of your time life coaching will take and how long the rewards last.

Coaching sessions are one hour long and usually held weekly. The duration of coaching varies depending on your needs and progress. Typically, you’ll experience benefits right from the first session. You’ll be very satisfied with your results after 6-12 weeks. Weekly coaching rarely continues for up to 6 months. However, some people choose to continue with monthly sessions for ongoing support.

The pattern of activity you can expect is:

  • Initial consultation and exploratory session
  • Establishing agreement
  • Pre-reading (especially for sessions conducted remotely)
  • Scheduled Coaching Session
  • Some homework
  • Follow-Up Phone Calls (if required)
  • Ongoing Support
