
Wellbeing Coaching is part of Empowerment Coaching. The focus is on mental and emotional wellbeing. It is based on positive psychology and achieved by using a mixture of tools and techniques from life coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. Coaching is a form of conversation whereby clients are moved forward to achieve a desired outcome, typically to close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be. During coaching sessions a variety of tools can be used to support the process and to keep the momentum going so the person can achieve their personal and/or business goals.
