It is based on positive psychology and achieved by using a mixture of  tools and techniques from life coaching, Neurolinguistic Programming and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy.  Coaching is a form of conversation whereby clients are moved forward to achieve a desired outcome, typically to close the gap between where they are now and where they want to be.
